The Enerus plan is designed to make annual servicing easy and provide stated membership benefits. It does not provide unlimited breakdown cover and it does not make repairs or replacement parts free.
If your boiler has an existing fault, request a boiler repair rather than joining a maintenance plan as a substitute for diagnosis.
