Are Ebac heat pumps made in the UK?

Ebac describes its heat pumps as designed and manufactured in Britain, with manufacturing in County Durham. Enerus can confirm the current model documentation supplied with a proposed system.

Is the 5 kW or 9 kW model right for my home?

That cannot be decided reliably from house type, bedroom count or floor area. The choice follows a room-by-room heat-loss calculation, the required output at design conditions and the intended operating temperature.

Will I need larger radiators?

Not necessarily. Every existing emitter should be checked against the room heat loss at the proposed flow temperature. Enerus only specifies changes where the design shows they are required.

What affects Ebac heat pump running costs?

Annual heat demand, flow temperature, hot-water use, controls, seasonal efficiency and the electricity tariff all matter. A SCOP figure alone is not a household bill prediction.

Can an Ebac heat pump replace oil or LPG?

Potentially, yes. The property still needs a full suitability assessment covering heat loss, emitters, hot-water storage, electricity supply, outdoor siting and the practical installation route.

Does Enerus service the system after installation?
