Intergas heat pumps
Intergas heat pumps: all-electric or intelligently hybrid.
Enerus assesses whether the Intergas Xceed all-electric route or an Xtend hybrid system best fits the property—then designs the hot water, emitters, hydraulics and controls accordingly.

Explore the system routes
A range to navigate—not a model to guess.
Select an option to understand its role. Enerus confirms the final combination from heat loss, design temperatures, hot-water demand, electrical supply, sound and siting.
Xceed
Intergas’s all-electric air-to-water heat pump provides space heating and can supply a correctly designed domestic-hot-water cylinder.
- Final output checked at the design condition
- Hydraulics and electrical supply confirmed
- Sound, airflow and service access assessed
The exact low-temperature duty and electrical demand are checked before selection.

Domestic hot water
The hot-water route depends on all-electric or hybrid.
Xceed normally needs a correctly matched heat-pump cylinder for domestic hot water. An Xtend system paired with an Intergas combi can retain boiler-produced hot water and may need no cylinder. This page therefore does not invent an Intergas-branded cylinder range.
- Usable capacity and peak household demand
- Coil duty and heat-pump reheat performance
- Standing loss, immersion and pasteurisation strategy
- Dimensions, pipework and service clearances
Controls and connectivity
The controller is part of the heating design.
Weather compensation, schedules and domestic-hot-water priorities are commissioned around the property—not left at generic defaults.

Hybrid controller
Coordinates heat-pump and boiler operation according to demand and the commissioned hybrid strategy.
Comfort Touch
A supported Intergas room-control route for compatible boiler-led system packages.
Connected access
Available app and remote functions depend on the exact Xtend, boiler and gateway combination installed.
App and cloud services depend on compatible hardware, account setup, network coverage and the manufacturer’s current service terms.
The Enerus design process
One team from survey to support.
Calculate the home
Room-by-room heat loss, emitters, hot water, electrical supply and the proposed outdoor position are assessed.
Define the package
Outdoor unit, indoor module, cylinder, controls, hydraulics and installation details become one clear proposal.
Commission and support
Flow, heating curve, schedules and hot-water operation are set up and explained at handover.
Common questions
Intergas heat-pump FAQs.
What Intergas heat-pump ranges does this page cover?
The page explains Xceed, Xtend Mono, Xtend Split. Enerus confirms the current model and compatibility before quotation.
Which Xceed / Xtend output does my home need?
Selection comes from room-by-room heat loss and manufacturer capacity data at the project design temperature and proposed flow temperature—not floor area or the model label alone.
How is the hot-water cylinder selected?
Enerus checks baths, showers, simultaneous use, usable volume, recovery, standing loss, dimensions, water pressure and service access.
Can a Intergas heat pump work with radiators?
Potentially. Existing radiators are assessed at the intended heat-pump flow temperature and upgraded where their available output is insufficient.
Can the system be controlled remotely?
Remote features depend on the selected controller, gateway, internet connection, firmware and service availability. The exact functions are confirmed in the proposed package.
Could the installation qualify for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme?
Eligibility depends on the property, installation, installer and scheme conditions current at the time of application.
