Regular boiler servicing helps confirm that the appliance is operating safely and gives the engineer an opportunity to identify developing problems before they cause a breakdown. Annual servicing may also be required to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty.
A service cannot guarantee that a boiler will not develop a fault, but it can help identify deterioration, incorrect operation and maintenance requirements at an earlier stage.
The precise servicing procedure depends on the boiler manufacturer and model. A typical Enerus boiler service includes the following checks, with any faults or recommended work explained before additional chargeable work is undertaken.

One-Off Service or Monthly Plan?
Choose the £89 one-off service if you prefer to pay when the appointment takes place. Alternatively, the Enerus boiler service plan spreads the cost across 12 monthly payments and includes automatic annual reminders, digital service records and additional member benefits.
The service plan is a maintenance membership and is not boiler insurance or breakdown cover. Repairs and replacement parts remain chargeable unless specifically stated otherwise.
